Stephen Colbert on email etiquette
June 27th, 2007 by Randy Stewart, Product ManagerIf you need help with email etiquette, we don’t recommend using Stephen Colbert’s techniques. His guest in the clip below, Will Schwalbe, author of “Send: The Essential Guide to Email for Office and Home,” on the other hand, could probably help you quite a bit.
Will Schwalbe has quite a bit more email etiquette advice on his blog, Think Before You Send including “Warming Cold Emails,” “Cautionary Tale About Threatening Emails” and his list of “Possibly Obnoxious Phrases.”

Thanks for the link to the Colbert interview. It was really fun to be on that show. And I’m glad you found some posts on my blog that interested you. I’m definitely going to be checking out Boxbe. Congrats on all the great attention you’ve received.

Will-
Glad to link to you. Love the site and while I haven’t read the book yet, it certainly looks helpful.
We hope you like the service and we would love to hear what you think about it. Any help in making our service more courteous would be appreciated.
Cheers,
